Ordering
How many people does one family pie feed?
One 9-inch family tray (1.3 kg) feeds 4 to 6 people as a meal on its own.
Baked or frozen: what’s the difference?
Baked pies arrive warm on the day you choose, ready to eat. Frozen pies go straight into your freezer, and you bake them at home in 40 to 60 minutes whenever you like.
How far ahead should I order?
As early as you can. Delivery and self-collect slots are limited and go first come, first served, especially before public holidays and Christmas. You can book any day up to 60 days ahead.
Ordering for today? Delivery orders close at 6pm and self-collect orders at 5pm. The earliest slot you can pick starts at least 90 minutes after you order (30 minutes for self-collect).
Can I send pies to someone as a gift?
Yes. On Gift a pie, pick the pies and add their name and a message, then choose the day and their address at checkout. Once you’ve paid, you get a gift link to send them. It shows your message and when the pies arrive, never the price.
Do I need a promo code?
No. A running promotion comes off by itself at checkout, so there’s nothing to type. See what’s on now on Promotions.
Got a code from us? Type it at checkout, or open the link it came with and it comes off by itself. Unless it says otherwise, a code doesn’t add to a running promotion: your order gets whichever saves you more.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Just order. To see your orders later or order the same pies again, sign in to My account with the email you ordered with. We email you a code, so there’s no password to remember.
Delivery and self-collect
What is the delivery charge?
It depends on the area: $13 East, $14 North East, $22 most other areas, $28 Sentosa, $35 Changi Cargo Complex and Tuas. Checkout works it out from your postal code before you choose a date, and it doesn’t go up with more pies. Delivery is free for orders over $150 after discounts.
A $4 festive surcharge is added to deliveries on public holidays, on the day before each, and from 12 December to 30 December, free deliveries included. The calendar at checkout marks these days.
From 19 December to 25 December, deliveries need at least 2 family pies (baked or frozen). Self-collect has no minimum.
What are the delivery and self-collect times?
Delivery: every day, in one-hour slots from 11am to 8pm.
Self-collect: every day, in one-hour slots from 11am to 6pm.
You pick the day and the slot at checkout. It also shows any day we’re closed or fully booked.
Why is delivery a one-hour window?
Traffic and weather on the day are hard to predict, so we promise a one-hour window, for example 3pm to 4pm, rather than an exact time.
Where do I collect, and what do I save?
At our kitchen: Block 3015, Bedok North Street 5, Shimei East Kitchen, #06-05, Singapore 486350. Take the lift from Passenger Lift Lobby 2.
Self-collect saves 5% on your pies. December is our busiest month, so the 5% self-collect discount takes a break for December pickups. It’s back for pickups from 1 Jan. Stocking up on frozen pies? Collect them by 30 Nov and you still get the 5%. Map and directions
Can I walk in and buy without ordering on the website?
Yes, for frozen pies you can walk in to our kitchen between 11am and 5pm and pay by PayNow (preferred) or cash, no cards. We’re at Block 3015, Bedok North Street 5, Shimei East Kitchen, #06-05, Singapore 486350. Baked pies aren’t sold over the counter, so order those on the website for delivery or self-collect.
What if the delivery address is wrong?
Please check the address before you pay. We can’t take responsibility for a wrong address, and if the pies have to be delivered again, that delivery is charged to you.

Rewards and referrals
How do rewards work?
Every order earns 2% back on the pies (not the delivery charge). It’s added to My account once the order is delivered or collected, and comes off your next order by itself while you’re signed in. No points and no codes. More about rewards
Do rewards run out?
Each amount lasts 3 months, and the one running out soonest is used first. We email you about 2 months and 2 weeks before it runs out.
Can I use rewards with a promotion?
Yes. Rewards come off after promotions and the self-collect discount, and don’t change free delivery. They can pay for all but the last $1 of an order.
How does referring a friend work?
Once you’ve ordered, My account has your own link and code. When a friend’s first order, with at least one family-size pie, is delivered or collected, you each get $5 off your next order, to use within 3 months. With your link, your friend doesn’t need to type a code, and there’s no limit on how many friends you refer.
We may change or end rewards and referrals at any time. The full details
